1. Return Policy Overview
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with tags still attached
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, please note that wicker products, curios, and other handmade items may have natural imperfections or variations due to their custom-made nature. These items are crafted by skilled artisans, reflecting the unique characteristics of traditional craftsmanship. As such, we do not accept returns on these items. They are sold as seen on our website, and slight variations in colour, texture, and design may occur.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
