Although not tested through relevant standards of a normal chair, this chair can take a tremendous weight and as long as you assemble it straight and locked in, the chair is extremely comfortable for people of any size or shape and is almost like a gravity chair in some respects (all the chairs vary based on the actual angle of how it ‘sits’). Some are more straight back than others but nonetheless they are all useable otherwise a great showpiece for any room
